01. The Challenge

Coca-Cola had just completed production on a new campaign with three different videos. They needed engaging Key Visuals (KVs), social media cutdowns (30s, 15s, 6s), and activation ideas that could cohesively bring the campaign to life across multiple platforms. The challenge lay in creatively adapting video assets into various formats, maintaining storytelling across time constraints, and developing an experiential activation that would resonate with their audience.


02. The Solution

The team approached the brief holistically:

  • Creative Adaptation: Developed compelling KVs from the existing film assets through strong art direction and design. Crafted a series of cutdowns (30s, 15s, and 6s) for each of the three campaign videos, both individually and as a combined narrative, requiring detailed storyboarding and collaboration with the film team to preserve the core message and energy of the campaign.

  • Experiential Activation: Conceptualized and produced an interactive vending machine experience called “Coke Uplift.” Users engaged with a large screen beside the vending machine, dancing to the rhythm to fill a virtual Coke bottle. Successful participants were rewarded instantly with a Coke, while others received a discount coupon to encourage purchase at nearby retail outlets.


03. The Result

The campaign successfully extended the reach and impact of the original films:

  • Delivered engaging and visually consistent assets across digital and social platforms.

  • The vending machine activation created a memorable and shareable brand experience that encouraged physical interaction, movement, and social engagement.

  • Reward mechanics ensured everyone walked away with something, enhancing brand goodwill and driving footfall to retail locations.
