Sephora

Sephora identified nine key campaign types that needed a visual refresh across digital channels. Each campaign had 2–4 design variations, and each variation required adaptation into over 60 size formats to support their new content management system (CMS) totaling more than 12,000 assets on phase 1.

To streamline production and ensure consistency across all assets while prioritizing key platforms: desktop, mobile/app, GDN, and EDM.

Conducted a design audit and refined visual directions aligned with Sephora’s updated brand guidelines.

Built scalable, component-based templates in Figma for each campaign type.

Integrated these templates with the Asset Planner, enabling efficient updates to text, imagery, and layout across all required formats.
